Rules and deadlines for registration and withdrawal
Participant withdrawal from the conference, excursions, or both before 20.07.2008, is guaranteed an 80% refund of the paid amount.
Participant withdrawal from the conference, excursions, or both after 20.07.2008 and before 08.08.2008 is guaranteed a 50% refund of the paid amount.
An excursion will only take place if sufficient interest is expressed in the form of registrations. In case of cancellation of an excursion, previously registered participants will be offered an alternative program, or will be offered a full refund if preferred.
Registration for excursions after 15.08.2008 will only be considered if space is still available.
