Rules and deadlines for registration and withdrawal
An early booking discount of 20% is offered until 31.07.2008 for regular participation at the conference (conference + conference material + daily lunch) and for all excursions.
In case of withdrawal from the conference, from an excursions or from both before 20.07.2008, 80% of the paid amount will be reimbursed. In that case please send your bank details including BIC and IBAN.
In case of withdrawal from the conference, from an excursions or form both after 20.07.2008 and before 08.08.2008, 50% of the paid amount will be reimbursed. In that case please send your bank details including BIC and IBAN. After the 08.08.2008 no refund can be given.
An excursion will only take place with a sufficient number of registrations. If an excursion doesn’t take place, then an alternative program will be offered to registered participants against the respective financial settlement or the costs of the excursion will be reimbursed completely if preferred by the participant.
Registrations for any excursion after 15.08.2008 will only be considered if places are still available.
